This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and customer support messages to individuals who book appointments through AIMODE.AI or our scheduling forms and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Consent is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox. Messages may include confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and support communication.

2. Cancellation Instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the number that sent you messages. We will confirm your opt-out via SMS. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply opt in again via the original form.

4. Carrier Liability
